Terms of Service

Storm King Roofing Corp provides roofing, siding, gutter, and storm-damage repair and installation services throughout South Shore Massachusetts and surrounding areas. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with Massachusetts regulations (MA Home Improvement Contractor #182734, MA Construction Supervisor #CS-105482).

Estimates we provide are based on the information available and a visual inspection at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if hidden damage, structural issues, or additional scope is discovered during the project. Any change in scope or price will be communicated to you and documented before additional work proceeds. Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate.

All projects are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are described in that contract. Massachusetts law gives you the right to cancel certain home improvement contracts within three (3) business days of signing.

Workmanship warranties and manufacturer material warranties are described in your project contract and the applicable manufacturer documentation. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, lack of maintenance, or damage from events outside our control such as severe storms or structural movement.

We may assist you in documenting storm or other damage for your insurance claim. We are not your insurance company or public adjuster, and we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved. All decisions regarding your claim are made by you and your insurer.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and project photos — is the property of Storm King Roofing Corp and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm King Roofing Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for our services is governed by your signed project contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
