- If less than 30% of your roof is damaged and the roof is under 15 years old, repair often makes sense. Older or more extensively damaged roofs are usually better replaced. We'll give you an honest recommendation.
- Can you find a hidden leak?
- Yes. Our diagnostic process traces water back to its true source — which is often nowhere near where the leak appears inside. Most leaks come from flashing, not shingles.
Insurance & Financing
- Do you handle insurance claims?
- Yes — start to finish. We do the inspection, file documentation, meet the adjuster on-site, and bill insurance directly. Most homeowners only pay their deductible.
- Do you offer financing?

- Can I combine insurance and financing?
- Yes. Many customers finance their deductible while insurance pays the balance. We can structure this for you.
